Code of Conduct - Bronx Mambas Baseball

Code of Conduct

At Bronx Mambas, we build our program on respect, discipline, and development. Every player and family represents our organization on and off the field.

We Expect All Players, Parents & Supporters To:

Show respect to coaches, teammates, opponents, umpires, and spectators

Demonstrate sportsmanship at all times — no arguing, taunting, or negative behavior

Support a positive team environment free of sideline coaching or disruptions

Trust that coaches handle all lineups, positions, and game decisions

Understand this is a competitive travel program where playing time is not guaranteed — it is earned

Recognize that there are no entitlements — everything is built through effort, attitude, and commitment

Accountability

Everyone is accountable for their actions. Parents, guardians, and family members are an extension of the player.

Any misconduct by a parent or family member will directly impact the player.

Violations of this Code of Conduct during games, tournaments, practices, or team events will result in disciplinary action, including:

Written warning

Suspension from games and/or practices

Immediate removal from the organization

No Refund Policy

All payments made to Bronx Mambas are final and non-refundable, regardless of roster decisions, playing time, or disciplinary actions.

Financial Obligation & Legal Notice

By enrolling your child in the Bronx Mambas Baseball program, parents and guardians enter into a financial commitment for the full cost of the season. This obligation is binding regardless of whether the player continues to participate.

If a parent or guardian chooses to withdraw their child from the program at any point during the season, the full season balance remains due and payable in its entirety. Withdrawal from the program does not cancel, reduce, or waive any outstanding financial obligation.

In the event that a balance remains unpaid, Bronx Mambas Baseball reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover the amount owed, including but not limited to filing a claim in Small Claims Court. The responsible party may also be held liable for:

All outstanding season fees owed to Bronx Mambas Baseball

Court filing fees and associated legal costs

Any additional compensation deemed appropriate by the court

By registering your child with Bronx Mambas Baseball, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.

"We provide the opportunity — your discipline, commitment, and respect determine how far you go."
